I live in a building they run, and things got much better since Victor is the super. He always answers fast and cleans the building really good. The old super was ok, but Victor works hard and really cares. The manager is also doing a good job. They made the building safer by stopping the people who were doing smoking and selling drugs in the laundry room and in front of the building. He put up a gate and cameras and improved the security and now it feels safe to live here. I also like that they are part of the neighborhood. Victor helped the school kids paint the Joker stairs next to the building. It was really nice to see them encourage and be part. This is a good company. They care about the building and the people who live here.

Lived in a building owned by property services for 16 years and never had any major issues they didn't fix. Sometimes it takes a little time but the super always taxes care of my problems. The worst sometimes is the other residents, especially those with teenage kids that the parent's don't discipline the children and they make a mess and are disruptive in the building. However, we are very happy here and wouldn't move. Manager cares about the building and the residents and are always trying to improve conditions and do the right thing for us, like the new parcel lockers for boxes that come in the mail. Highly recommend living in this building and its great to have the laundromat right around the corner.

I am a tenant at 1710 Montgomery Avenue in the Bronx and am very happy to call it my home. The building is always clean, there is a nice laundry room in the basement, and the super is great. Othon the super is always available and is able to take care of any problems in my apartment quickly. Whenever I have needed to call the office they have been helpful and resolved my issues quickly. I have never had any issues with the heat or hot water, except once my radiator valve needed to be bled which Othon did quickly and the heat came back. The monthly exterminator, Jole, is also excellent and we really appreciate having the extermination in our apartment. Highly recommend the building and the management.
